“Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand--and melting like a snowflake...”

Francis Bacon

Parent

He has stopped coming into my room at night and now goes to bed without worrying and the previous fuss we were having. He is using the strategies you have taught him and seems to be able to control his negative thoughts now and appears much more balanced emotionally. Thank you so much for your obvious passion and care towards our family.
