Heart Centred Coaching, Counselling and iRest® Yoga Nidra for Women.
As women and mothers living in a world where so much value is placed on how busy we are, how we look, success & material possession, it is important we remember and recognise our innate value, worthiness and wholeness. It can be easy to lose sight of this when we are tending to our families, friends, co-oworkers and community and forget to care for ourselves. We need to reclaim and connect with our wholeness and our innate precious value for our selves, our daughters, our sisters and the future generations of women to come.
As women, we have so much to give. We are inherently the nurturers and healers, community connectors and safe havens for our families and community but often we give all to those around us without prioritising our own needs, boundaries, dreams, and happiness.
Do you believe you are:
Worthy of having your needs met.
Worthy of being seen, heard, honoured, and understood.
Worthy of loving, compassionate, safe, soul-enriching connections.
Worthy of freedom to be your own person apart from societies expectations & family obligations, free to thrive and live with peace and ease.
You, my beautiful powerful, wise and valuable sister, are worthy of so much more than the media and society often portray.
Let me ask you a question.
What’s the greater risk? Letting go of what people think and who others believe you should be and how you should act – or stepping into who you were born to be, accepting and embracing your value, your power, your wholeness, compassion, and wellbeing?
Together, we can change this story.
When women and mothers feel supported, nurtured and fulfilled, everyone benefits.
It’s time to reconnect to your wholeness, to your power, to your peace, to joy, and to your purpose.
I am available at my room in Narrabeen, via Zoom, phone, or on request via the comfort of your own home. Walk and talk /mindful sessions also available.
Who are you?
Where you are along your journey as a woman and mother really doesn’t matter. Whether you are single and nineteen, a glorious new mum or a grandmother.
The most important thing is you feel connected to yourself in a compassionate and nurturing sense and are able to identify your strengths and value as a women & mother and feel an innate sense of purpose and peace in your day to day life. This doesn't mean you won't feel tired and have times of roller coaster tummy wobbles but despite the wind in your hair and the twists and turns life brings you are hopeful and content with life where you are right now.
Are you longing to feel more empowered, connected, and supported in your experience of motherhood and womanhood?

Remember you don’t have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness or peace – it’s right there inside of you. You just need to bring your focus inwards, paying attention with compassion and gratitude.
Finding the time and space to commit to your own well-being.
You might be saying to yourself “I am not ready," or "I don't have enough time." While this is understandable the truth is that there is never a time when we are "completely ready," & there is never a really "right time."
As with any descent to the unconscious, there comes a time when one simply hopes for the best, pinches one's nose, and jumps into the abyss. If this were not so, we would not have needed to create the words heroine, hero, or courage.”
